“Third entrance from the top of the lane. Look for the red gate posts with a silver gate next to the church. Our sign is small, so the church is the landmark.”

What You Will See

Not a gallery. A studio.

Redcocoon is a fully equipped working pottery studio. Which means when you walk into our space, there will be pieces on the wheel, fresh clay on the bench, shelves of drying pots, and maybe a rack of finished work quietly waiting.

  1. Room 01

    The Boutique

Platters, cups, bowls fresh from the most recent firing. Handwritten prices on the back. Everything for sale.

  2. Room 02

    Work Room

If we’re at the wheel, pull up a chair. Drying shelves please leave undisturbed.

  3. Room 03

    Glaze Room

Where colour decisions get made: spray, dip, brush. Small room, big transformations.

  4. Room 04

    Kiln

Out the back, the gas kiln. On firing days please stay back. 400°C long after shutdown.
